1. Quotations

1.1     All quotations are based upon work requested from the client and are valid for a period of 30 days from the date on the quotation.

1.2     Prices quoted are “Commercial in confidence”

2. Cancelled Orders

2.1     Cancelled orders which compensate Success Print for materials used or specially acquired to complete the order, and all work done up until the date of the cancellation.

2.2     Orders cancelled prior to commencement of any work will not incur any charge.

3. Payment

3.1     Once the work is completed Success Print shall invoice the customer for the quoted value of the work plus any additional charges that have occurred to enable the work to be completed to meet the customer's requirements.

3.2     Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be charged on the total invoice amount in line with current GST legislation.

3.3     All Invoices shall be paid COD unless prior arrangements have been made with Success Print. Any  credit arrangements will require a Credit Application form to be completed and approval granted by  Success Print.

3.4     Success Print holds the right to request a deposit before commencement of any work.

4. Warranties and Undertakings

4.1     Success Print is a member of the Printing Industries Association. As such Success Print abides by the  industry standards, compliant with the trade practices act, put forward by the Printing Industries Association.

5. Liability

 5.1     To the fullest extent permitted by the law, except as provided herein, Success Print shall not be liable to  the customer for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply of the goods and/or services.

5.2     Success Print will not be liable to the customer for loss, howsoever caused, of any data stored on any form of electronic media supplied by the customer.

6. Production Times

6.1    Success Print at all times will endeavor to comply with production deadline requests, however shall not be held liable for any late delivery. Standard despatch of goods is maximum of 5 working days from approval of proof.

7. Non Payments

7.1    Until the customer has paid in full all amounts outstanding in relation to the goods, title of the goods shall not pass from Success Print to the customer.

8. Electronic Media

8.1   All Disks, tapes or other media (other than that supplied by the customer) remains the property of  Success Print. Any request from the customer to supply this information shall be left to the discretion of  Success Print.

9.  Deliveries

9.1    Deliveries shall be charged at the quoted rates or by agreement with the customer. Success Print  accepts no responsibility for any late or failed delivery.

9.2     Should urgent delivery necessitate overtime work or other additional costs to be occurred, additional  charges may be incurred to cover these additional costs. With prior agreement from the customer.

10.  Privacy and Security

10.1    We respect your need for privacy and security. If you choose to buy from Success Print on-line, rest  assured we have in place a secure transaction site. Our transaction site is hosted through eWAY www.eway.com.au and St George Bank, using Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL) to provide you with the safest possible environment to shop in. This state of the art shopping security is compatible with most browsers.

10.2    All information supplied to us by you is private and confidential. We do not gather or compile any  information in any form for third parties.

11.  Environment Issues.

Success Print has achieved a level 2 Green Stamp approval, and such will at all times try to use the most environmentally friendly means of production. All waste materials generated are either recycled or are disposed of by the safest means possible.
